Privacy policy

§ 1. General Provisions

1. The portal user declares that he has read this Privacy Policy and, if he uses the services provided by Meritu, he acknowledges its content.

2. Persons using the portal, users and customers are obliged to comply with the Privacy Policy available at meritu.no.

3. Meritu reserves the right to change the content of the website's Privacy Policy. These changes will not affect the fact that Meritu does not sell data and does not provide third parties with personal or address data of customers and users using the services provided by Meritu.

§ 2. Data Administrator

4. The administrator of personal data is MERITU M.RUMINSKA with its registered office at Ryenstubben 6A, 0679 OSLO, with organizational number 923 466 053.

5. The protection of collected personal data of customers and users is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

§ 3. Personal data

6. Personal data of portal users are processed:

a) in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,

b) in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy,

c) to the extent and purpose necessary to establish and shape the content of a possible Agreement and the proper implementation of services provided electronically,

and their processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

7. A user using the services offered by the meritu.no portal may be asked to provide indicated personal data via a form intended for this purpose.

8. The personal data referred to in point 7 in most cases concern the user's name and email address.

9. The user will be asked to provide full personal data when completing a form to order one of the services offered by Meritu. Personal data is needed to properly process the order.

10. The personal data referred to in points 6-9 are necessary for the proper functioning of the portal and the provision of services offered by Meritu. Failure to provide the required data will prevent further actions from being taken.

11. Every person whose data controller is Meritu has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit the processing of personal data.

12. Meritu reserves the right to process users' personal data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent, in the scope of pursuing possible claims in court or in a situation where national, EU or international law regulations oblige the retention of this data.

13. Meritu respects the right to privacy of users and ensures the security of their personal data, including: secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).

14. Contact with the person responsible for the processing of personal data collected by Meritu is possible electronically: post@meritu.no.

§ 4. Ordering services

15. To use the services provided by Meritu via the website meritu.no, you must provide in the indicated field specific personal data necessary to provide the selected service.

16. The data provided by the user will be used only to provide the ordered service, subject to points 17-18.

§ 5. Unexpected news

17. Meritu reserves the right to send messages electronically to persons who have provided Meritu with their personal data and have agreed to the applicable Privacy Policy.

18. Email messages are sent occasionally.
